PLC

Within our software engineering department we have developed a large knowledge base of most major PLC platforms used in the UK. This experience allows us to develop a product utilising existing on site infrastructure or recommend a product which will best suit the requirements of the client.

SCADA

Our experienced engineers work with the leading SCADA / HMI software in order to develop a user friendly system fully compatible with the needs of the client. Our design team will work closely with the client in order to develop a solution which is easy to use and provides all of the information required to run the plant efficiently.

Simulation

Once the software has been fully developed our software engineers will fully simulate the package with the client using the latest real world simulation software. This training can take place in our purpose designed simulation suite at our Chester office; the client’s site or any other suitable location which the client chooses. This simulation can be accompanied with a full set of testing records developed subject to the requirements of the project and the needs of the client.

Training and Support

After the project has been fully commissioned our software engineers can lead the client’s operators and engineers through a thorough training programme including full documentation in order to guide the client through the new system.

We are fully geared to provide a comprehensive support package suitable to the needs of the client which can last from a few days through to the life time of the product.
