Panel Manufacturing

Our panel manufacturing division specialise in producing low voltage switchgear and control gear assemblies. We are also able to produce form 4 panels for power distribution and panels designed to cover the safety integrity level requirements of the client.

Our panel manufacturing division can work with our design and software team on full turnkey projects to deliver a complete design and control package or produce stand alone panels to customer designs.

	DC and AC drive systems

PLC

Our panels can be designed and built to many different criteria specified by the customer including different forms of separation including form 1 to form 4.

Compliance

All panels which we design are produced in order to meet all relevant European and British standards and directives. These directives include:

	EMC Directive 89/336/EEC
	Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC
	Machinery Directive 98/37/EEC
	ATEX Directive 94/9/EEC

Testing

All our panels are thoroughly tested in house to ensure our panels are produced to the specified designs and are of the highest quality. Our testing process also ensures all our panels are fully compliant with all relevant design standards and safety regulations.

Partnership

CAL Systems has formed a key partnership with CUBIC panel suppliers which has allowed us to obtain and develop an in depth technical awareness of CUBIC’s products and auxiliary tools, and gain significant knowledge of international standards, type testing, and practical design to switchboards. This partnership represents a joint commitment that can be relied upon by consultants and end users worldwide for switchboards based on the CUBIC Modular System.
