Our engineers are able to provide a comprehensive design service through all stages of the project life cycle, from providing a feasibility and conceptual design study developing a User Requirement Specification and advising and creating accurate budget costs and project timescales through to producing a fully comprehensive design and document package using the latest CAD technology covering all the client requirements including P&IDs; detailed fabrication drawings and electrical design and instrumentation drawings and calculations.

Process

Our process engineers have a wide range of experiences of different manufacturing industries including food and drink, pharmaceutical, chemical and water treatment. This allows us to provide innovative solutions to your requirements. Our engineers are able to provide detailed and accurate design calculations ensuring all plant installed is able to fully meet the requirements of the intended functions.

Mechanical

Our mechanical engineers will design all the physical elements required for plant design and installation. We are able to provide P&ID drawings, pipework isometrics; detailed fabrication drawings and plant layouts.

Electrical

Our electrical design engineers are able to provide design solutions for panel and motor control centre design; cabling and cable installation design and all associated pneumatics. We are able to provide design solutions including where designs must meet intrinsically safe requirements.

Instrumentation

Our instrument engineers are able to provide a comprehensive instrumentation service including the specification of instruments for current requirements as well as thorough testing; calibration and commissioning. Our design recommendations are made through a combination of detailed knowledge and high levels of field experience is which solutions are most suited to the specific application requirements. Our engineers are also able to provide a tailored support package for the testing and calibration of existing instrumentation already in use by the client.
