MV Automation

CAL Systems undertook a large project with a value of £2.3 million and a duration of 12 month in a large brewery in South Wales. The project involved changing over the existing manually operated maturation facility to a full automated light-out production area.

Bright Beer Automation

This project was carried out simultaneously at two large breweries in South Wales and Lancashire. The two projects had a combined value of over £1.5 million and were completed over a 6 month period. The project involved transferring approximately 36 bright beer vessels from manual operation to a fully automatic facility.

Brewhouse Dual Stream

This project was completed at a prominent North West brewery and was carried out under full turnkey conditions. CAL Systems was responsible for all management, design and automation roles for a project worth £0.5 million. The aim of the project was to remove the existing single stream production and CIP restrictions and replace this with independent dual brew streams each capable of achieving a 1020hl, 90 minute brew cycle.
